The blatant brutality esperience by African during colonial era can't be under-estimate what are the western country doing to conpetiate Africans?

Colonies were wrong, no doubt. The problem is that most of the African countries that got their Independence from the European countries have had governments that do even worse things to their own people. Famine, genocide, ethnic cleansing, etc...

First of all, African nations are not entitled to anything. No one alive today had any part in those actions -- giving OR receiving. Second of all, African nations have been forgiven BILLIONS of dollars in debt. Third of all, African nations receive BILLIONS of dollars in aid annually from countries all around the world, not just those who perpetrated your "blatant brutality." Fourth, learn to write/speak properly and finish educating yourself. From your question alone it is quite obvious you have far to go.

slavery is still common in africa. the west shouldn't do anything. those people are more brutal to each other, today, than the west ever was.

first "slaves" to arrive, were brought from africa to spain. the slave "trade" began in the 1500's and were taken to spain. should spain pay?

yeah let's give money to them..are you going to track down all the memebers of black tribes who helped the slave traders capture rival tribes and make them pay as well?
