normally no for your age. but i think it might be cos of d increase in size. that is has 2 do with body fat. the food that we eat makes us grow but in that case the fat is stored in the adipose tissue which is just underneath the skin and my be cos the fat is increasing underneath the skin

YES! I didn't think it was possible but I asked my foot doctor once. I used to wear a size 9.5 and now I wear a 10. (Like I really want to have giant feet...) Anyway, he told me that as you get older sometimes your arches will break down a bit and your bones spread out. So, really the foot isn't technically growing it's just expanding. It shouldn't grow much more. A half size is pretty typical. Often happens to women during pregnancy, though that was not my particular situation.

Not usually. But your feet tend to be bigger in the afternoon than in the morning or evening, so if you buy shoes in the afternoon they may seem to be bigger. Also, as you get older, your feet tend to expand a little from gravity. Sound stupid, but I read it in a science magazine somewhere! The brand of shoes you wear can affect your size too. Some brands run large and some run small. :)

Have you got heavier or had a child? One of my FWBs feet got bigger when she was pregnant and they never returned to their original size.

it seems like they do but i am pretty sure its the weather. it depends on if they're hot or cold, like if you wear a ring on your hand when its cold it tends to be loose, if its warm it'll be tighter. this is much like feet.
