I don't trust real easy so I know where you are coming from. It's very hard to change this though and so all you can do is try to be a little less intense with the other person.
One good rule of thumb is this... take a good look at the person and imagine what they will be like in 20 years. If you like what you see then go for it. Another good thing to go by and it sounds silly is this... can you stand to sit across from them and eat a meal. If how they eat annoys you now it will only get worse.
If your trust issues are sexual then you need to take a look at yourself. Be honest and answer why they strayed.

These days it is hard to trust people that I know from having a few bad experiences. But I guess maybe you haev to try to trust a little cause you could be letting the right one get away.

trust is the world that is lease found in the relationship handbook alot of times men/women carry over the hurt and lies and distrust from previous relationships . making it harder 4 guys/gals 2 deal with, it makes no sense if u ask me cuz either way u look at it it will alwasy cause arguments .

Chill out a little.. Sit back and wait for that nice, right reliable person come to you.. really! It works, coz everytime you go looking guaranteed you'll end up with some retard who'll use you or break your heart..
this is coming from experience..
And when you find them, chill out, let them know what they have, and you'll soon start trusting them for liking you, as you will with them.

In order to have a good relationship you must have/learn trust in the other person. You need to be able to listen, reason, debate, discuss and most of all be honest and talk, talk talk talk............Communication is the key to a good relationship. Try it.. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

it is really hard to find honest people. an it is a shame for people to care no less for peoples feelings than to play games with ur heart. there is someone for u take ur time he will come. just be honest at least u will be a better person. an who knows he just might be the one, an can really care for u an be honest. there r still some good guys out there. just hard to find.

It's difficult to get a good relationship with anyone if you dont have a good one with yourself. If you want a great partner/friend/lover, BE a great partner/friend/lover! It just works that way. You can't get someone to be with you who is higher in evolution than yourself.
