I don't think he's dead. If you'll remember, Dumblore went to the Weasleys' house early on in the book to warn them that the deatheaters had found a way to replicate other people, and that they should develop a password so they could recognize each other. It was never mentioned again. "Dumbledore" never even told Harry. Also, remember how Dumbledore was known for always being honest and explaining things to Harry? He always avoided the question about what happened to his hand.
I think what happened is that "Dumbledore" was actually Wormtail. Remember how he had a hand made of silver? Maybe they tried to replicate Dumbledore, but it was harder to do with Wormtail's hand.
As to Snape, I don't think a leopard can change his spots, but at the same time, if he were a spy for the Death Eaters, he might try to be nicer to Harry, since he's the darling of the wizarding world, and Snape would want to fit in.
I don't think J.K. Rowling is a witch, just a good muggle with a lot of insight into human nature, whether the person is a witch, a wizard, or a muggle.

I don't know why you still believe Dumbldore is alive. J.K Rowling herself said that he is dead and by the way there is no spell or magic powerful enough to bring people back from the dead. If that was true there would be no story in Harry Potter.
As for Snape I want to think of him as the good guy but you never know what will happen. But whatever his moral agenda is I think he will die in the last book for betraying either one of the parties.
And plz come to the fact that there really is no wizarding world out there and so J.K.Rowling is a good human being not muggle.

Yes, Dumbledore is really dead. Snape, that I don't know but I think he's good, there must be a real reason why he killed Dumbledore. J.K Rowling is not a muggle, obviously. No, I don't think she's a witch.

Dumbledore is dead, but don't let that discourage you... we know very well that dead headmasters of Hogwarts school have their unique way of being present - so in a way, they are not really dead.... Snape is a good guy, or at least he'll prove to be one in the end. And if you want to believe that the wizarding world does exist, don't let anyone stop you! This "muggle" world is becoming uglier every single day... a little magic can only make us smile.

I partly think Snape has to be a little. He did protect Molfoy and Harry by killing Dumbledore. Since Harry's Dad saved Snapes life I guess the debt rule could apply to Harry too. As fo Dumbledore not being dead. Well I donbt that. He lived a good full life. Harry will find the keys to kill Voldemort.

I don't believe it at all. I think he and Snape changed identities with a polyjuice potion, or soemthing. Everyone in that book acted way out of character. But there is a website...
www.dumbledoreisreallydead.com
or something like that. I asked the following question a month ago...
In the most recent Harry Potter book, Rowlings killed Dumbledore...?
search for it and check out some of the answers.

Dumbledore is really dead. In the books, he was a major father figure for Harry, always looking to protect him. We know that in the last book there has to be a major confrontation between Harry and Voldemort. If Dumbledore were still alive, you know he would find a way to step in and protect Harry, take the beating for him. He has to be dead in order for Harry to be able to fight his fight.
Snape is a good guy; Dumbledore made Snape kill him. Dumbledore loves all of his students, even the bad ones. He knew that if Draco killed him, that's such a bad thing that he'd never recover. But since Snape was spying for him, Dumbledore knew Draco would be ordered to kill him. The only way to let Draco escape from permanent harm would be for Snape to kill Dumbledore. Before he dies, when Dumbledore says "please," Harry interprets it as begging for his life. I propose it was just the opposite, that Dumbledore was asking Snape to kill him before Draco had the chance.

J. K. Rowling has said that Dumbledore is really dead. She won't answer the question about Snape. If you'd like to read about it take a look at this:
http://www.zwire.com/site/news.cfm?newsid=17091330&BRD=1677&PAG=461&dept_id=82748&rfi=6
And it's fine to believe in the world she's created while you're reading it, but it's FICTION. No witches, no wizards, no muggles. Just us people.

Dumbledore will never die; he is an idea in the hearts of men. As long as people love each other and stay true to his shining ideal, we will never lose Dumbledore. Binding hearts and minds is not just an idea, a feeling we have when reading Harry Potter, it is the little Dumbledore in each of us yearning to be free.
