I'm assuming that you're not pregnant. There is a condition called uterian prolapse where the muscles holding the uterus in place become weak and the uterus "falls" over time. First things first, you should go to your ob/gyn for a proper diagnosis. When things are trying to go places they weren't intended to go, your doctor should tell you something first

Start doing Kegel's exercises daily.Its holding of the pelvic muscles voluntarily a number of times(for 5 minutes).To know the exact muscle-- while urinating,,contract voluntarily to stop the flow.

how do you noe is falling? can u see it through your vagina? cause now that i read your question it scare me cause i just gave birth and sometimes when i stand up i feel like if something is falling but i never thought it could be my uterus!! how does it look like have u seen it? oh gosh am scare now!! i think we should go talk to our doctor!!

Ask your doctor about possibly having a pessary inserted which helps to hold it in place. There are many options besides that.
