sorry, the 1st one was I was laying in bed & someone touched me. I woke up screaming. the 2nd one someone was trying to take my pillow & the 3rd one the ghost was standing next to my bed laughing at me. I said okay & woke up.

Are you having any paralysis when you're seeing these 'ghosts?' Paralysis would indicate these are hallucinations.
Other things to consider... this could be a ghost or a spirit. A ghost is a deceased person that has not made it into the 'light' and walks on our plane of existence (often with boundaries). A spirit is a deceased person that has made it into the 'light' and comes back to visit, such as a deceased grandmother. Either a ghost or a spirit could have a message for you. You'll want to try and minimally interract with the entity, i.e. ask "who are you?" or "what do you want?" to see if they answer back.
It's a pretty complicated problem to diagnose and more details are needed.

maybe because of some horror movie you may have watched try to be optimistic about it and try to get knowledge about it and the dreams or the fear will go away

i dream about them also, maybe there are ghosts in ur house and their trying to get ur attention so u could help them.
