do not wear peircings, if you have tattoos wear something to keep them covered.

Dress neatly, shower, hair done neatly as well.

Relax. Answer questions appropriately, don't be smoking or chewing gum, Good interviewing requires knowing a bit about what you are in for on the job. If you have a proven track record you can give your potential employer references and not be ashamed if they call them.

Be reliable. Show up on time, work hard, and you'll do fine. Walk through the job with out complaining. Your job performance is a reflection of who you are as a person. Be the best you can be and you can do well in any field.

They'll probably ask you about your work history and experience in a bakery, if they want any, what you like to do, what your other activities are, (are you a student, whatever). They'll look at how you're dressed, how you conduct yourself. Be friendly and open but not familiar. If they give a name address them as Mr. or Mrs. Whatever. Be respectful and answer their questions truthfully.

I've got a job interview myself tomorrow, so you cross your fingers for me and I'll cross mine for you!!!

Good luck!!!

Be prepared to say how you can make processes more efficient. Prepare a solid "elevator speech" to deliver when they ask, "tell me about yourself". Don't talk about personal information (married, kids, where you live) - instead talk about previous work experience and how you made a positive impact in previous positions. If you don't have previous relevant experience, talk about your work ethic (dedicated, reliable, eager to learn, teamplayer). Also try to mention your commitment to cleanliness in the workplace - that is always good in the food industry. Good luck!!
