No. You have to become legally divorces before it is recognized.

Marriage is about a commitment that 2 people make concerning togetherness, unity... period.
Once you're married, you're married (unless you have it annulled or get a divorce).
Matthew 18:18 Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
If you fight before sex, it only means that you're fighting before sex.
It's all about>>> choices you both make.
If you just got married & had a fight, & didn't have sex yet, your spouse can get the marriage annullled (if they do it within a certain amount of time).
I wouldn't want to stay married to someone who wasn't patient with me about it.

You probably are confusing this with an annulment, which isn't a divorce but a decree by the Catholic Church that your marriage was didn't exist, but that's only in the eyes of the Church.

You still have to obtain a divorce.

No....when you get married, it's sealed publicly (even if it's just you two and the judge) and then if you have sex it's sealed physically, but if you fight before then, it doesn't cancel the marriage, it's just a rude welcome to the married life.....sorry.....
