kind of unclear question from you. i imagine you want a definitive answer here. nightly trips to the bathroom become a regimine. skin becomes wrinkly. tiredness and aches and pains are more the norm. eyes need glasses or contacts at some point. hair falls out or grows differently than the past. appetite shifts in hunger. hope that helps you out.

On a woman, sagging breasts.... menapause...

On a man, buying a sports car he thinks he looks cool in when in reality, he looks like an old man trying to act young.

It can come in many form's. one definite one is increase wisdom and a more relax approach to problems that would considered discomfort for kid's.
But for most of us it's just graying.

Well the first to go is your sense of smell. that is why alot of elderly women wear way too much perfume. your eyes begin to have problems.. you may have incontince. greying of hair.wrinkles appear.lots of aches and pains aritritis.harder to walk and you get forgetful alot.hearing goes so and your teeth may go badyou tend to think of your pending death more. and you want to get closer to God.

Graying hair,skin sagging, eyesight weakening, and hatred of loud rock and roll. (the last one is a joke..sort of.)
