A letter bomb incident was happened in India.A brilliant non-terrorist is behind this activity.He made this for threatening some people.He didn't aim to kill anybody.Police said that he is metally distorted.But he is an efficient electronic engineer.How can we help him.

I agree. Send money to his legal defense! These people need to get with the program! U cant just send threatening letters or packages cuz u mad at the government. I live in a free country where I can ***** and moan all I want. Without doin sumthin dumb lick threaten people or goverments or corporations. Im not the violent type.

It was premeditated because if he took the time to build the bomb then he had time to think about what he was doing. Even if he was mentally ill then that is no excuse for his actions. I have mental disorders and I was raised around all kinds of people with mental disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar and post traumatic stress disorder just to name a few) and they had to learn how to deal with the real world and no one ever let them use an excuse of why they didn't show up for work or anything else. So yes we can and should punish him.

punishment is not the only way to discipline someone for an act. although with the day and age that we are in, terrorism is not very funny and should be prosecuted, although if it is deemed he had a mental disorder, then he should be confined to a mental hospital and not a prison.
