Try Goodwill stores....and I don't mean that sarcastically.

The Goodwill stores carry a great line of items that you would pay dearly, anyplace else, but inexpensive at Goodwill and your also helping the less unfortunate in support.
I purchased a brand new Tent for $20.00. Walmart sales the same tent for $100.00
I purchased a Camcoder with carrying case for $30.00. Walmart sales the same Camcoder for $239.00

I purchased good, Izod, Bugleboy and Nike shirts for $3.95 each...go figure...suport Goodwill and Goodwill suports you!

The Goodwill store here in Columbus has more customers than your average store in the Mall open seven days a week.
I purchased a perfectly good working color T.V. 19" with remote....sale price........$20.00

I love yvesrocherusa.com - they have great products, great sales. Around the holidays, they also have holiday gift sets and extras like candles, gift bags, etc. I have bought really nice sets for $5-$15 and people have loved them.

I have had very good results when giving gift from the Wisconsin Cheeseman. I know it is not in the categories you listed, but it has been a good source of gifts. Might be a change of ideas for you.

I had a friend that did ALL of her Christmas shopping on Amazon.com.
It was delivered to her door
She put it on her debit card, I think.
