There is an herbal supplement called Fertility Blend for Men. My husband took it as did my best friend's husband and we both have sons. She is now expecting number 2! You might also have your husband go to a urologist and have his count checked, because they may put him on clomid (same as what a woman takes). It will increase the sperm count also.

There are a lot of opinions on the best ways to increase sperm count. I had a co-worker whose husband had low sperm count. The fertility doctor recommended that they proceed with In Vitro Fertilization which can be very costly. However they went to see a urologist. The urologist peformed a procedure to 'open-up' his tubes. She was pregnant within three months after the procedure without any other medical intervention. Another option is Interuterine Insemination (IUI). IUI places the sperm directly into the uterus so that the sperm have less distance to travel. Good Luck.

you can increase sperm count, if the low count is due to contributory factors.
A couple of things which DECREASE sperm count are:
Tight underpants
warm testicles (there is a reason they are meant to dangle 'outside' the body)
overuse (masturbation, or having sex more than once per day)
so.... do the opposite. loose clothing (boxers) cold shower around the scrotum, save the sex for the 'optimal' time for the woman to conceive
and if he does all that for you, you know that he *really* wants a kid, too

I read just lately that taking some supplements can help with production and mobility of sperm. These included coenzyme Q10, selenium, zinc and vit B 12. Best to do a bit of research and check with doc that ok to take them. Worth a shot.

It cant be treated. If the sperm count is low, then its low!
Maybe IVF would be an option, or it may just take longer to concieve.

I don't know if they work but you can get pills that increase sperm volume and count. Also a healthy diet, no smoking and drinking helps!
