Yikes. Hard to say. Once, I got burned from the oil that popped when I was cooking bacon. (I NEVER COOK BACON ANYMORE!) The oil popped up and hit me in the eye. So, above my eye was a tiny scar for three days, and then God saw it fit for it to peel away. No more scar, thank goodness. Hope it works out with you too. :o)

Not necessarily. I got 2nd degree burns on my arms a few years ago. I have a tiny little scar from it. I believe it's 3rd degree burns you scar from.

You might depending on how fair or sensitive your skin is. You need to buy some Mederma or use Vitamin E oil on the area everyday for a few weeks to prevent scarring.
