It is bad circulation. I too have very cold hands and feet for that matter because of circulation. Exercise will help with that, nothing too strenuous, when I feel my hands and feet are starting to get ice cold I get up and walk around, make big circular motions with my arms to get all the blood pumping real good. I have had this problem for years and this is the only way I know how to temporarily take the cold out of my hands and feet.

You need a lover with warm hands. Actually, I prefer my women to have cold feet and cold hands and I have hot hands and feet that need to be cooled down.
Drop me a note if you need a lover. Maybe I can fit you in my busy schedule. I have an opening between 4pm and 5pm next Tuesday.

I get the same thing. My hands are cold through out the year, especially in the hot summer. They are actually cold right now. :o) It is because I have anemia. Check and see if this is the case with you. Easy fix. Just get more iron to your system. No worries.

Poor circulation can be the cause and it usually involves a lack of iron, which girls all know we loose alot of because of blood loss for that one week in a month....... Try taking Iron and and multi vitamin and see what happens, if it doesn't help, go to the doctor and get tested you may be enemic. â¥

My hands are always cold to. I am not a smoker and I take vitamins. My grandmother also always had cold hands. She says it is because we have a warm heart! You may want to check out this link. It explains the real cause. It states that we have an overactive autonomic nervous system.

Well, mine get splotchy and blue when I'm cold and I can see blue through my fingernails. You're right- it's just poor circulation. Try to keep them moving at all times and put "hot hands" (the little packest that get warm when you open the package- great) in your pockets to warm them up.

Have you had your Thyroid checked ?. Thta is one of the symptoms, low body temperature. Stress also causes your hands to be cold. The blood is sucked to your vital organs and away from your extremities. Try biofeedback, it will warm your hands by getting the blood in your small capillaries.

it may seem silly....but I think you need to eat more and enjoy life!
too much sitting or stressing out about things will ruin your blood circulation.
be active, have a happy home, eat regularly, and just get on with it.
