I receive text messages from people outside the Nextel network. So everytime I receive one, it does not show the name or the number of the person. So I would not know who sent me the message.

So I am asking:
How can I fix this problem?
Is there anything that I can do to let my phone show the number and the name of the person?

FYI:
The people are in my contacts list.

What I would do is go to the Motorola website (or google it) and see if you can find a user manual for your perticular phone. I have an i860, and though I have the same problem in RECIEVING messages (or rather, how I don't recieve them) but I don't have issues with the info not showing up. Some nextel phones are pretty crappy and may not have the capability, though it would be really stupid..... see if the manual can help you out. GOOD LUCK! ♣

P.S. Go to the website I listed below, and click on product manuals on the far left.......

think about to do a carry close reset on your telephone, also mistakes sixty seven feels like an mission on sprint's provisioning community. Did they verify "potential innovative and prescient" as portion of your plan?

Tell them to stop sending them to you.
