I'm foreigner and will be living at Mississippi for a bit longer than a year. Will my driver license be accepted? Do I need to get a local one?

If you're a U.S. resident you'll need one. If you're just visiting, you might not. But I'm not sure if a foreign license is accepted here because driving is so different in other countries. You might need to contact the local Department of Motor Vehicles to be sure. You'll regret it if you get into an accident or get pulled over.
