Any previous experience where you have had to deal with members of the public is good - for example working in a shop where you had to deal with customer questions etc...
Also any positions of responsibility you've held - this can be something as simple as being the Sports Captain at school, or more complicated like a department manager in a shop.

to f.u.c.k. up civilians for just smoking dope and letting murderers go unoticed and having huge tax sucking manhunts and never finding the real criminals OH and later to only be exposed as someone who was draining funds from the taxpayers for vacations and that you were soliciting sex from 16 year old boys.
