lets hope your an adult and out of school ...because Instructor faces jail time if your in high school !!!And did he say sleep with me or you fail ?? if your an adult and you slept with him your choice, you could have reported him and found another instructor

if the use of his or her position was the reason it happened...if passing the course or getting a license was held out to be contingent upon the act. If you are not legal age its a felony regardless in most states.

Not just that, in many states it is considered statuatory rape! The exception is consenting adults (neither in school) or they are married.
