It's her 3rd time being caught and placed in jail because of it. The first 2 x's she sat it out in jail. This recent third time she was bailed out on bond. Now she has to go to court AND she was suppose to go yesterday and forgot. What do you think is going to happen to her? Jail???

She got lucky and didn't have to go to jail for missing her court date. Her court date is a month from now so I guess we'll see what happens to her then.

Jail, 30 day minimum and she'll come out and 'really' fancy you.
ha ha ... no idea really but she deserves whatever she gets.

I'm not sure as to the laws pertaining to your location but here in Toronto, as most of Canada, if you are caught driving without a licence, there is a substantial fine. Being caught for the third time will automatically result in a suspension from months to years to permanently. Forgetting to attend court will result in a Bench Warrant being issued, at which point, should your friend be involved in any discrepancy where the local authorities are summoned, your friend will be arrested and detained.

Oh yeah...jail for sure...and rightly so. Your friend really isn't very swift is she? Failure to Appear usually comes with a sizeable bond set by the court to hold you in custody to ensure that you make your court date. Of course I bet she hasn't any insurance on her car either. If by the small chance she does, all insurance ins null and void if she gets into an accident because she's under suspension and violates the terms of the policy.

My advice.....find another friend. You seem pretty smart. Why hang out with idiots?

If its her 3rd time, then she needs to be jailed. I mean how stupid is she to do this 3 times, and get caught 3 times????? She's looking for some jail time...might be a few weekends or months, but def community service.

Tell her to STOP DRIVING before she runs someone over...

you would be taken into custody in the courtroom room. the required sentence for this in the state of Cali is two yrs in penal complex, yet with tense circumstances of utilising a 2d time on a suspension, your staring at 6-8 yrs in reformatory. exchange into it worth it. easily I haven't any clue, in basic terms needed 2 factors. SUCKA !
