No but you can accessories. The Monster Driver works with any mp3 player with an earplug, then there are iPod specific accessories that also have an FM transmitter.

They don't include it because not everyone would want it and its one more thing to go wrong, IMHO.

My CFGear MP3 has an FM radio built in. I don't actually use it very much, mostly just listen to MP3s. It does work pretty good though.

I've seen a sony mp3 player(USB) which has a built in FM transmitter.
I know that it comes in 2 memory categories 256MB and 512MB.
other variants may also be there.

Yeah, there should be a ton of them. I've got a 512MB Samsung (~125-150 songs) for $100 from BestBuy.

i have one. it's a philips go gear. ipod is planing to come out with one soon, i think...idk for sure though.
