I would say Cingular because they have free mobile to mobile. They charge aprox. $49.99 a month for 5,000 night and weekend minutes. For a little more ($59.99), you can get unlimited night and weekend calling.

T-mobile is my plan provider. For only $49.00 amonth I get 2000 anytime, anyplace International minutes. As far as your specific question about mobile 2 mobile, most all plans offer this "free".
Still cant beat T-Mobile.

Verizon is great if you're in a decent sized city. If not, then check to see which carrier has the most towers in your area and go with that one. The service is only as good as the available towers.
