A friend of mine had trouble getting pregnant. What she was told from the family doctor at first is try to have intercourse seven days after your period. You are supposed to be most fertile that week. And the doctor told her to relax, sometimes wanting to get pregnant is putting you under so much stress that is why you aren't getting pregnant. But, if you are still having trouble after 6 months then go to a specialist. There is lots of help available for people now. Good luck!

If you are a woman you should:
Avoid coffee, soda pop drinks, and alcohol
Make sure you are not anemic or hypothyroid
Take no more than 500 mg of vitamin C a day
Take a good multiple vitamin-mineral pill daily
Take 50 mg of Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) a day
Your spouse or partner should take Vitamin C 500 mg 2x daily; eat Wheat germ 1/4-1/2 cup daily; take a good multiple vitamin-mineral pill daily; and try Astragalus herb which improves sperm motility.
If this does not help after 6 months go to a fertility specialist and get a work up.
Good Luck and God bless!
