Ok they are 3-1 (0-1 in division)...congrats. I would hope so after playing 3 of the leagues worst teams in the NFL this season. First off...their wins come against the Texans, 49ers, and Packers...a combined 3-9...and a loss to a 1-2 Giants team. The Eagles havent faced a single defense who is worth mentioning. Defensively, PPG the Texans 27th, Packers 28th, Giants 31st, 49ers 32nd. Defensively, YPG the 49ers 24th, Giants 27th, Pack 31st, Texans 32nd. Defensively Pass YPG the 49ers 24th, Giants 29th, Pack 31st, Texans 32nd. Get a clue!!!! LoL, these are 4 of the worst 6-7 defenses in football. And you lost to one of them who isnt above 27th in any defensive category!!! In the same categories...Dallas 8th PPG, 5th YPG, and 8th pass YPG. Eagles same categories, 14th PPG, 21 YPG, 28th pass YPG. When you beat a REAL team then talk. Im not being cocky just annoyed with nonsense. Anyone else agree or notice how retarded Eagles fans are? They started 3-1 last year too...uh oh

The Eagles are over-rated. Take a look at McNabb's career....his best QB rating was with TO. Donte Stallworth and Reggie Brown are average WRs at best. As the season goes on, they will fade as every team in their division will beat them at least one time.

I'm a Giant fan but I think you are being a little rough on the Eagles. Remember this a team that went to the SB in 2004 and had appeared in 4 straight NFC title games as well. McNabb is a terrific QB who appears to be healthy (remember their collapse last year started after he got hurt). So a lot of these guys have a track record of success. They should be 4-0 right now; they should be embarrassed for allowing Eli and the Giants to steal that one after so thoroughly dominating the Giants for 3 qtrs. Yes there will tougher competition ahead but my guess is the Eagles will be in playoff contention to the end of the season, barring major injuries of course.

I like Donovan McNabb and I think he is a very good quarterback. The problem with the Eagles is that they do not have a running game. Donovan is not a Peyton Manning who I believe can win a game against a good defense with the pass alone. So, I don't see Philly making it to the 'big game' until they can run the ball consistently against a good defense.

The first 10 games for Philadelphia are virtually meaningless this season. The last 6 are going to kill them. They'll be lucky to win 1 of the 6, so to have a chance to get to the playoffs, they need to go at least 8-2 in their first 10.

Philly has always been delusional. For that matter so is Green Bay, Dallas, NY Giants, and Redskin fans - but can we blame them. They root for a football team - aka modern day gladiators. Even if they don't stand a snowballs-chance-in-hell we root for our guys. Yes they may be 3-1, 2-2, or (if you like Miami) 0-4 and we still root for them. The point is places like Philly, Dallas, Green Bay, NY, DC have a large amount of pride. Not just for their teams but for where they live, what they eat, how they talk and where they played high school ball. That pride transfers to your local sports team easily. So yeah - they are fanatical - maybe even crazy - but we love'm!!!! Here's to football and football fans worldwide.

im taken aback its no longer 40 5-0 today like I heard all week it became going to be. I cant answer the question both. I recommend what on the earth have they ever gained? you recognize how the comments I only made will be responded to........."atleast our crew can win a playoff sport" OR "atleast our crew is contained in the playoffs", OR "end crying". Its classic!

Not only are they delusional, they are stupid. I love watching their lives go down the drain each and every year. As it will again this year.
McNabb hates Favre, I can t stand to listen to McNabb,,and the Eagles are a dirty team. Did you see them body slam Favre to the ground,,and Dawkins elbowed Driver in the head....They like their fans are losers

The Eagles should have dominated the MNF game. Brett Favre threw one bad interception, the rest of the game was dropped balls, dropped balls, dropped balls. Green Bay kept themselves out of that game. I mean, they were up until the 3rd quarter, then the defense just stopped playing. It made me sick.

Dallas is going to stomp all over the Eagles Sunday.
