does ulcers cause giddiness..?

No...you blood sugar is low. Don't mess around with it. Eat something. I have a friend who would pass out every morning because of it.

No, ulcers would not cause this, but, as mentioned by others, a drop in blood sugar could. I'd suggest you get a simple test to determine if you might be prone for hyperglycemia or diabetics.
