I have had blackheads on my nose since I was 13. I've learned to accept that they won't completely go away.... (I am half Filipino and half white, my skin will be prone, no matter what I do) BUT.... I have followed this regimen and it works, they are less noticable and your skin is clean.

First off, I use Proactiv...... It's the only thing that keeps my skin under control, you may or may not want to try it, but I only use the face wash, I found that all the other stuff they wanted me to put on it was just too much.

Instead of Proactiv toner, I use Biore Triple Action Toner and a clean cotton round and I get all the dirt off my face.

Then I dab Neosporin cream(not ointment, very important) on zits and flared pores if any(I've lived by neosporin for all my zits, ingrowns, blackheads, but I don't put it on my nose unless there is a zit. Obviously this doesn't work for everyone, but I would reccomend you give it a shot.)

Once a week I use Biore Strips to get all the gunk out of those pores on my nose, and I also take a tissue and press on my nose in different directions to get all the dirt out of them that the strips missed, and I mean, I press HARD, like the facialists do.

Once a week I also use Freeman's Avacado and Oatmeal tightening mask. It works wonders and leaves your skin fresh and clean, and also closes the pores after you use the strips.

It works for me, it sounds like a mess, but it's worth it.

As far as boils, I'm not sure without looking at them, but honest to god, try putting neosporin cream on them and see what happens. I used to get little break outs of skin tags on my neck, I put neosporin on em, they went away......

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RINSE YOUR FACE WITH HOT WATER. It is the worst thing for it, luke warm water to wash face, cold to rinse, recommended by dermatologist and cosmetologists.

Good luck! ♣

Hi, it sounds like you might actually benefit from seeing a dermatologist. I have basic skin advice for keeping your skin clear, but if you have the cystic acne - a physician can prescribe medication both orally and topically to help this go away.

I feel for you, I had it really bad when I was young and still do if I don't mask.

The basics:
1) assure all your products are non-comogenic (sp?) - just assure they a not pore clogging and assure you are not allergic to them
2) wash your face once in the morning and once before bedtime
3) use a mask 3x per week (this will help with the black heads)
4) use a moisturizer in the am and pm but assure it does not contain oil

I also use a face scrub once per day (in the am). I highly recommend the Dermalogica brand - it's the only thing that keeps my skin clear and free of the cystic acne.

Good luck!

Do NOT touch your face with your hands, the oils from your hands are SOOOO bad for your face. Also try limiting make-up, use pore strips for blackheads, and if you have acne and boils bad, see a dermatologist

Have you tried Tea Tree oil? The Body Shop have a great range of products for your type of skin, they have a tea tree oil nose pore mask, tea tree oil facial scrubs and facial washes. Try not to eat to much greasy food and drink plenty of water.

Good luck hun

My two brother-in-laws struggled with the same issues during adolescence. They went to a dermatologist who prescribed an antibiotic to clear up any infections, then put them on a daily pill that has kept them pretty clear (they still have flare-ups occasionally). I hope yours gets better soon - God bless!

wash your face with hot water first then rinse with cold water , boils could be a sign of not washing properly , always take showers baths r really not good ,cause u r sitting in your own dirt, for boils u can bring them to a head by using hot tea bags

as often as you can rinse face with the hottest water ou can handle. Try doing this 3-4 times a day. also don't touch your face with your hands. if you wear make-up,don't for a few days.
