There are many wonders of the world, the seven wonders of the modern word, seven wonders of the medieval mind but the most well know are the seven wonders of the ancient world and they are:
Pyramids of Giza, hanging gardens of Babylon, the statute of Zues at Olympia, the temple of Artemis, the mausoleum at Halicarnassus, the colossus of Rhodes and the lighthouse of Alexandria.

I've heard of the seven wonders of the ancient world and the seven wonders of the modern world, never have I heard of the three wonders.
