No i don't feel that if someone steal often they are considered a theif. My daughter has a problem stealing things when she is perfectly capable of buying things herself. It is called clyptomaniac. If you don't know what that is look it up. Yes i do look at them differently, cause u can't keep ur eyes off of them while in a store. Although they need counceling, and hopefully it will help.

No its not wrong to see them as a thief, they are a thief if they steal one time or "often".

No, you have to watch out, some people will smile at you while stealing right from your pockets. That doesn't mean you can't smile back. It just means to keep your hand on your wallet while you are around this snake.
