I've already had the suit drycleaned which has reduced the marks quite a lot, but they're still visible. Is there a handy tip someone can give me?

If its an expensive suit, call up a reputable tailor and find out what they would do. What material is it made of? That is important to know what method would be best in cleaning off the glue. Also you can go to glue manufacturer's website or call their help-desk. Bet they can tell you even better how to get the glue out.
