well im make this one thing but i have probelm with the plastic paper sticking to the paper. well it keep peeling of. so if u know how can u tell me. THANKS

Use rubber cement. Just apply a thin coat to both surfaces and let dry ( take less than a minute) and put the glued sides together...it makes a strong,flexible bond.

you can use MOHAWK glue this stisks anything to anything trust me this is the only glue i use, the only thing id=s that i believe it industrial glue so you may not find it in any store, but you can also try gorilla glue, don't get this on your hands it take weeks for it to come off

you should checkout at any hardware store.
they might give you their usual tip & tricks which may work out cheaper and better.
