Im a size 0/1 now, and all my jeans are 3/4 or 5/6. I just want to shrink a little bit, I notice they shrink somewhat after I wash and dry them, but I have heard that there are settings you can wash them in to shrink them more. Does anyone know how? Please let me know. thanks

It's called buying new jeans. They do shrink in the washer and dryer but they don't shrink THAT much! I'm a 5/6 and I'm thinking if I were a 0/1, there's no way that I could wash my jeans and they would shrink to be that small. Go shopping.

Hot water for wash and rinse, and high heat for drying. But. Jeans will shrink only so much and stop shrinking after that, so you might not get them down as much as 3 - 4 sizes....

I don't think you can shrink those sizes down to a 0/1.
In the "old days" we used to wash our jeans in very hot water and dry them very hot so they would fit very tight. Hot water makes your jeans shrink some.

Normally I'd say hot like everyone else, but if they've already been washed several times, it probably won't make a huge difference.

Get out the credit cards and go shopping!

Make sure you wash them in hot water and rinse also in hot water and then put them in on high heat. Congrats on dropping the pants size- I am trying to do the same!

Extreme hot water, and on very high heat.

Thats guaranteed to shrink anything!

I wish you well..

They are already pre-shrunk if you have already washed and dried them so if they even shrink at all, it wont be much.
