Regardless of if he is or not, by you exerting energy on negative thoughts/things is destroying the relationship. If he has cheated, would you stay with him? If you suspect he is cheating, ask yourself, why you suspect him of cheating? If you spend enough time suspecting anything, eventually you will believe it true, regardless of actual proof.
Unless you catch him in the act of cheating or he tells you, put your energy towards the positives in the relationship. If he's not cheating, but you continue these thoughts, eventually he will cheat or leave. The last thing a guy wants is to be accused of cheating, when he isn't.
Think about this. It is easy to find proof when someone is cheating, however, what evidence can a person use to prove that they have not cheated?
If you suspect he's cheating, you've convicted him, because it's not possible for him to prove otherwise so long as you have doubt.

Suspicion is a terrible state to be in. Whether he is & you're picking up on it, or he isn't & you are insecure & paranoid, you should not be in a relationship that makes you feel this way. Tell him how you feel, look him in the eye. If you believe him, then trust him & go on with your life, if you don't believe him, get out. For your own sanity. Or you'll worry yourself to death & no man is worth it.

You may never be able to tell that he's cheating, unless he's doing blatant things like leaving random phone numbers around, or going M.I.A. But honestly, trust is important, and if you don't have that, you don't have a strong relationship.

It could be hard to tell but if youre even suspecting it then obviously something is up. Mostly you should just go with your instincts. Good luck!

if u want to know if ur boyfriend is cheating you or not
do not check him but do something real so that he will be

Has he been spending more time sprucing himself up? Does he look you in the eye when you get romantic? If Yes and No respectively.....YES, he's cheating on you

why do women always think their man is cheating?? if you was doing your job right there wouldn't even be a question.I think most of the women are just insecure.

check his phone, emails or just follow him. i think your instincts can tell you a lot but it would be good to know for sure.

look him in the eye and ask him direct.
if he's cheating, he won't look you in the eye and give a straight answer
