Find out what he's interested in. Many men like tools, or if you're not sure what to get, give him a gift card for a store he likes. I like to give my husband tools, clothes he likes, his favorite cologne, all the things I know he likes. If I'm ever in a spot, I'll just go get him a gift card, or even just me with a red ribbon. ;)

it really depends on the guy....they say anything but really notice it when you go out of your way and don't just give them a gift certificate..with my guy i make a list of things i know he likes..certain colognes,coffee,tools,beer,books,magazine etc..and then things he may need,tshirts,carpenters pants,office supplies etc..then i pick a dollar amount that I am spending and make up a themed basket for instance I may buy him a toolbox and fill it with his favorite things and necessities..it could be sport tickets and a beer mug peanuts and his favorite teams hat or teeshirt/sweatshirt. and put in a sports deco trashcan or basket etc hope i was helpful

Depends on the guy...I read one of the responses which was porn...if he's into that and you don't mind, then go for it. Really it depends on what he's into...video games, sports, cars, art, literature, food, clothing, etc.. All things will appeal to him, as long as you have any idea what he's into.
