Nope most of my neighbours are having theirs done as we speak and I live in Brampton, Ontario. The average quote is between 1200-1500. Sometimes 2000 if you have large driveway.

You need to call a paving company and ask. Cost depends on how large the driveway is. It usually runs a few thousand dollars.

You should be ok till frost Cost..call a paving company - it will depend if the basematerial will require replacement etc

I don't think it's too late. I live in the northeast-USA and I think we have the same weather pretty much. You could call paving comps. and ask them plus get different estimates.

Not too late.
No idea of cost. Get referrals from friends, then 3 estimates. Don't deal with "come to the door" pavers.
