It is not a good idea to have sex without using a condom. Condoms prevent pregnancy, plus std's. Remember you are sleeping with every person your partner has ever slept with.

Eeeek...unless you are trying to get pregnant, use the condoms! Otherwise go on some sort of birth control.
There really is no safe period unless you know your cylces very well. Some women ovulate early and some ovulate late so you can't just avoid the middle and be safe. Sperm can live inside a woman's body for up to 5-7 days (only in fertile conditions) so you are fertile much longer than most women think.
Good Luck.

ok, this can have several answers:
1. If you don't mind getting pregnant, anytime is good.
2. If you do mind getting pg, no time is good if you are irregular, better to use a condom.
3. If you do mind and are regular I'd say it is better by the end of your period.
4. Anyway, you can always get pg if you have unprotected sex, you should consider the pill or some other method......condom is good, prevents STD, unless you are married and/or have a steady partner.
Good luck

If you are with a trusted partner, who is STD clean, you can use birth control pills or patch, these don't protect against STD's. If you are sexually active with people you don't really know, or sleep around a lot, you should use condoms and the pill. There is no other safe prophylactic to protect against STD's.

Make sure it is not in the 14 days before you start your period... really no time is safe, because you never know, there are a lot of accidents in this world
