You can complaint until you are blue in the face. They don't do anything. Thank god, I have less than six month on my contract. I'll drop them the same day.

I don't know but when you find out let me know! I'm getting screwed by Cingular and am paying $120!! a month for 2 phones! I still have 8 months left on my 2 yr. contract.

Unfortunatly, you have to pay to get out of your contract. $150, if I'm not mistaken. You can try calling them and speaking with a manager to complain about your lack of service, but I'm not sure if you will be able to get out of the fee.

Start by complaining to customer service explain to them what you have said to us. I doubt they will let you cancel your contract but they can credit your cell phone bill for the drop calls.
