I saw a ufo in February, 1993 and have video footage of it. At first, we thought it was Mir, the Russian space station. It wasn't. Mir was in a different part of the sky. Many of our neighbors saw it, too. Here in WA State, it was a clear, cold evening and it looked like there were a billion stars.
This object was beautiful and seemed relatively close. It had a pearlescant shimmer and stayed in the sky, just to the southwest of us, for more than two hours. Later that night, it was seen in West Virginia.
We never did find out what it was, except that it was an "Unidentified Flying Object."

There are lots of reports but non of them have paned out completely.
Most Major countries have established methods of receiving reports, and systems to evaluate them.

who say they have seen UFO not alien and also have some of them snaps.
