when i put my usb cable in to transfer music to my music player it freezes up do u know why

first, what operating system is your computer running? second, is it your mp3 player or the computer that freezes? if it's the computer, it could be a driver issue or a hardware conflict. try connecting the USB cable to a different USB port on your computer. if it's the player that is freezing, see if there's a BIOS update for it... it could be a known issue that's been fixed in a more recent update. Give those things a try.
