Could i be pregnant?

yesterday i was feeling funny i was starving all day and i would eat but then i would feel like vomitting i never vomitted but i just felt like i was going to and today i feel a litle dizzy but not hungry or nauses if i am pregnant im assuming i would be about three weeks is this to early to tell? i am going today to buy a home pregnancy test but if it comes out negative is that just because its too early to tell .

i took a pregnancy test and it came back negative so im assuming im not pregnant.

I had a blood test done when I was pregnant with my son before I was late for my period. For some women taking a pregnancy test before knowing you are late for your period will work for others it won't work. I would take a blood test now and then again after you figure out you are late for your period. Sometimes there is a false negative and also a false positive. It is not very often though, the blood tests are pretty accurate.

The symptoms you are having do sound like pregnancy symptoms (dizziness, nausea). It is possible to have symptoms three weeks into a pregnancy. Some females claim to have symptoms as early as right after conception. The only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test. Try First Response. The earliest a test can be taken is up to four days before your next missed period. Pregnancy tests detect hcg (pregnancy hormone) in urine and your hcg levels will need to be high enough to be detected. Definitely wait until a few days before your period is due before testing or you may get a false negative. Good Luck.

this definately sounds like you could be pregnant. you can always try the test it may or may not be too early, even if it comes out negative i would go to the doctor and have a blood test that is definate.
