Torrentscan has these small files called torrents, which help you find people with different pieces of the program.

You need a bittorrent client to run the torrent tracker which you download from torrent scan and once you have the tracker, you run the torrent client and open up the tracker you downloaded and it will seek out all the people who have pieces of the program.
