Sorry they don't have Spanish Omelet Bagel. They discontinue the sandwich because alot of the stores were not selling them. I know this because i work at mcd. They could be bring them back in the near future but not now. Also the fold egg comes prepackage so that can't mix in the fold egg that the omelet bagel comes on.

It's been a while since I've been to McD's for breakfast. The last time I was there, they didn't have the bagel sandwiches at all. I think they still have the breakfast burrito, though.
