Energy.
Reiki and Pranic Healing work by channeling energy into and/or moving energy in the body.
Acupressure and acupuncture use the Chinese concepts of energy meridians. Blocked points are stimulated to get the "chi" flowing again and restore the body to balance.

The common link in all the methods you have listed is that they all deal with 'Life Force'. Reiki and Pranic healing will move Energy within a bubble of energy or 'field' or 'biofield' around the body without actually touching tissues. Accupressure will involve touching (or downright pressing) very tender spots where it is hypothesised that the life force or energy is not flowing.
More sensitive individuals seem to get a great experience without being touched. The more 'left brained male types' seem to need the catharsis of tender points to feel as though 'something has been done'.
Different methods also place different demands upon the practitioner. Reiki for example, demands that the practitioner summons a great deal of inner energy before they are able to move energy in the field of the client. Other methods don't rely on the internal effort of the practitioner to get things done.

I really don't see a relationship.
Reiki is universal healing where you are not really doing anything but being a conduit for the energy to pass through.
Accupressure is where you press on certain areas of the body and they lead to other areas based upon meridians in the body.
Pranic healing is (if I am not mistaken) is a self healing technique the uses breathing techniques.
They really are just forms of alternative medicine.

They are all different techniques that tap into a Universal Life Energy. I practice both Reiki and Accupressure, and they are different techniques that have different results. But both work on energy fields.

All above said healing methods can be performed through YOGA AND PRANAYAM (pranayam is the art to take in breath and take out breath through your nostrils). And ofcource meditation playes a good role while performing above indian methods.

Like Peachy says, they are all heavily dependent on the placebo effect for ANY efficacy. Also, they are all totally devoid of any scientific evidence for their purported mechanisms of action.

The brain. It's simply a belief that they will work. It's called the placebo effect. The brain is, by far, the most powerful healer out there.
