I need a court order to do this .. how do I get one?

I have a friend whose daughter has died 4 months ago but the ex wife won't lwt me put her to rest.. How do I get a court oder in the state of NC to extridite getting her body home to bury?

go to the courthouse and explain your sittuation and the clerk should be able to help you. If not find an attorney that will and for god's sake dont stop untill you have done this . God Bless You and I hope this help. Much Sympathy to you in your time of grief.

It depends on the state first sorry about your loss second call a reputable funeral home provided the transfer is not being contested by another next of kin the director should be able to give you all the nuances and handle the arrangments themselves if there is need for a criminal investigation it may take 6 weeks to get the death certificate and a body cannot be tranfered across state lines without that so keep on it and God Bless you I can't even imagine losing one of my children. My heart hurts for you.

its a court battle !!!! depends who has custody of her and it depends on many issues....sorry for the lost and I hope this family can grieve and move on
