Considering that the ACLU is basically an anti-American, subversive, pro-criminal organization I would expect nothing less than such a quote from them.

Arlen Spector -- the republican head of the Senate Judiciary Committee said pretty much the same thing.

This bill will be overturned by the Supreme Court -- even THIS Supreme Court.

This is because of the arrogance of the president. The power of the president has to be curtailed further to reduce his arrogance.
