Whiting toothpaste does not paintings as it's not held towards your enamel. I believe that this is a waste of time. There are extraordinary possible choices. Maybe, you would see a hygienist to scale and varnish your enamel and put off the staining if it simply at the floor. If the staining is within the enamel, you then would both use a residence bleaching package or laser or "zoom" bleaching. A residence bleaching lit is approximately $250 and it takes approximately 7 to ten days to whole. Also, if you happen to believe that during yr or so, you'll be able to acquire a most sensible up syringe intent you have already got the trays. Laser or "zoom" bleaching is finished within the dentist's chair. it takes approximately an hour and would rate $1200++. A top pay attention of bleach is painted onto the enamel and a mild is used to speed up the method. This could make your enamel very very touchy. I imply for days and days. Have speak together with your dentist and notice what her recommends. Good Luck

Do yourself a favor and go to the dentist...........Once your teeth are cleaned, then just continue to floss and brush two- three times everyday....First thing in the AM, and B/4 bed. If you are able to brush during the middle of your day, then that would be great. also..........Have your teeth cleaned 2 times a year(every 6 months) If you can't afford a lot tell your dentist and he will let you pay so much a month......Better than having to go with dentures !!!.

Try at home whiteners like Crest white strips and use a whitening toothpast like Rembrandt daily. A baking soda and peroxide mix is a great way to brush stains away, but it tastes really bad.

Are you a smoker? Whitening strips work pretty good but if the cause is still there, your teeth will only get stained again.

Crest White Strips seems to work for many people. It isn't too expense or as painful as as bleaching either.
