Given: M1=1.5 M; V1=1000 cubic cm; V2=1,250 cubic cm; M2=?
so: M1V1=M2V2
(1.5M)(1000cubic cm)=M2(1,250 cubic cm)
1500 M cubic cm=M2(1,250cubic cm)
1500M cubic cm/ 1250 cubic cm=M2
1.2M= M2 -the new concentration
