The only factors of 8 you could use are 8 and 1, and 4 and 2. 8 + 3*1 = 11, so you have to use 4 + 3*2 = 10 to get the -10s. Since the middle term is negative, and the end term is positive, both factors will be of the form (as-b).

So, your factors are (3s - 4) (s - 2).
