I have skin problems and have had them for years. I have sensitive skin plus I have acne problems. I started using proactiv (the one on tv) about a year ago and within two weeks my face cleared up and I have not had one problem with it. I swear by the stuff. It's gentle and it works great!

Hope this helps

I'm guessing you are referring to little yellow ones.
Not sure if can advertise a specific product but search the net for a product containing Silica Colloidalis sometimes called silica gel (it says on pack for internal use) but is also available at good high street health food shops. Wash face in regular exfoliating face wash then apply silica gel to the face. It will act like a face mask allow to dry for 10mins then wash off , repeat 2-3 times a day. A face version is available but the one for internal use works for me just as well.
Also try to find out if you have an intolerance to something such as bread, milk, etc that may being triggering for your symptoms.

The best products i have ever used are from Dermalogica. Treat yourself to a skin analysis facial at any salon that sells their products and let the therapist advise you on which products will work for you. They are expensive, but go a very long way (my cleanser cost £25 but has lasted 6 months so far and still gonig).

i have found that the best thing to use is a fairly new product called dayenne its made from young cells of brewers yeast and comes in a range of different forms such as face wash, day cream, night cream, tonic lotion, face mask etc...

its excellent and i also tend to take a reaction to most products but with this im fine!

i would recommend the mask which u use once a day for the first week and then once every 2 days in the second week, after this u only have to use it once a week!

heres their website with all of the information n a list of the products that they do:

http://www.dayenne.co.uk/

let me no how it goes! xox

The best products that i have seen is the body shop products. I recommend getting on good cleansing, exfoliating, and toning regimen. You have to keep your skin clean and the best way to do so is to start a new cleannsing system and to keep at it. Everyday. If you need any assistance try www.thebodyshop.com they are very inexpensive and are made with all natural ingredients. Try it and let me know how it works.....

You need to buy something to exfoliate your skin. Depending on your budget you can get some very good ones on the QVC website, Liz Earle does one that is quite cheap. Or buy one in the Body Shop, as they are fairly cheap. Exfoliate your skin twice a week it will get rid of all the dead skin and stop it clogging up and causing spots.

Being a Mary Kay consultant myself I can tell you that a acne cream will work great along with facial cleansers day & night and then skin protectants from the sun & damaging stuff in the air.

E45 cream works on all skin problems and tea tree oil on spots.

Phototherapy is particularly good. You can ask a GP to refer you to a local hospital that provides the treatment.

I use Clearisil (cant spell it, sorry!) and find thats great. Re the pores clogging, Ive also used Neutrogena exfoliating wash and thats great, not as harsh as Clearisil can be.
