at that time no one really knew a free one. I found one this morning. Hopefully it will help someone else. Pretrieve.com, it will give you name , phone no. and address free. Still havent found my brother but still it is a help to search. Hope this helps someone.

I just did a few checks on people that I know to test the accuracy. It isn't accurate at all. It doesn't even list people that I know live in the town I filled in. Don't use this one as any evidence of your brother's whereabouts.
