2a^3 - 52a^2b + 96ab^2

Well the only thing you can do to it is factor out the 2 because its common between all 3 terms you can divide 2 into 2, 52 is dividable by 2 and 96 is also so you have to pull it out. then you see that all of em have a's so you have to take out the one with the least a's that you can and by this you can only take out one a. you will end up with:

2a (a^2-26ab+48b^2)

then basically you can do nothing else to it because its not factorable.... I think maybe you wrote this problem down wrong if not then I think that is the answer.
