You are hopelessly confused and wrong. If you have the drug or a compound that includes the drug, you have the drug. Drugs are not all concentrated salts, in fact few are. They are usually complex organic molecules with specific analogs in human biology.

my undestanding is if it's final product. not traces of whatever in aqueous liquid.
